Customer Complaints and Satisfaction Policy; We are evaluating customer demands and complaints in accordance with the legal and customer conditions, in the direction of confidentiality principle, in an impartial and fair manner with a customer-oriented perspective as soon as possible in order to serve continuous improvement and customer satisfaction. The way we handle customer complaints is open to everyone's information in an understandable and easily accessible way.
